Today the driving test got harder with more questions including green questions.

Should the driving test include such questions?
Does it increase the drivers awareness of his/her machine.
Does if favor the "more educated driver" but not necessarily the better driver?
Does it water down the pass mark? If enough questions were added by successive governments could you pass without knowing diddly squat about driving?

I would like to see the questions.

Answers:

- No, it's a DRIVING test
- Yes, possibly, but there are other more useful technical matters to address first
- If "educated" relates to "literate" then possibly (i.e. you need to be able to comprehend the questions)
- 35/40 and 43/50 are pretty similar but are you referring to the content of "easier" questions?

FoI?

If the driving test is meant to test whether someone is able to drive safely or not then no, such questions are out of scope.
