Wondering what it is?

Well I was thinking about ASBO's and I thought "How (more like when!)can they introduce some PC'ness into the act?"

When the police stop a gang of youths, instead of just moving them on they first have to check if the group has enough ethnic minorities in it, hence the MEBO-Multi-Ethnic Behaviour Order.

Anybody think it'll be a winner soon with Tony and his cronies?

Andrew - think it'l be a reason for not applying for an ASBO - "can't do that to ethnic minorites"

Got a very good suggestion - ask the ethnoc minorities to police the behaviour of their younger generation - suggest that the elders would be a lot tougher than we Brits.
