The mourners were mourning the death of John Hare a pesnioner whose death made headline news because he collapsed and died after being harassed by a gang of youths at his home.
To avoid further upset the undertakers discreetly removed the ticket and the frim plans to appeal because they have been told their vehicles are exempt from parking restrictions during loading and unloading coffins and limos of mourners.
Mr Hare's daughter commented that it is ridiculous that you can receive a parking ticket at your own funeral these days
The council claim the PA was aware it may have been a funeral car but could not acertain whether or not a funeral was taking place
Wot!
There was a COFFIN being loaded into a hearse and a lot of people dressed in black and looking a bit upset here.
Is there a special test to ensure the one brain cell they posess is defective here?
