The two boys - aged 14 und 16 crashed into parked car after police pursuit. They received minor injuries .... They were arrested und charged mit theft. But headline ist misleading - nicht?

But to the jury on here... what do you think they will get as punishment?

All depends on whose car they stole as to what they get.

If the car belonged to 'Joe Average', then they will more than likely receive a 3 month holiday in the Carribean. If it belonged to somebody like my father in law, then the police & judicial system will be the least of their worries
