Driving past southends speed cameras yesterday, flatout at 23.5mph got me thinking, what is the slowest vehicle to get fined for speeding?

I read a letter in Top Gear years ago how this guy was following a 50cc moped down a steep hill armed with a gatso. The rider got down behind the fairing and gave her everything she had. As he passed the camera it flashed and he gave the air a victorious punch!

I think with the 20mph GATSO zones in london there will be a few pizza delivery scooters getting busted.

Thinking...........If you made a vest out of aluminium foil and peddled like mad on a bike would you set off a gatso. It would make a great jackass stunt.
