just come across this site. thought it would be polite to say hello.

i'm a white van driver (in case you hadn't guessed!) mostly in and around Leeds. i like to think that i do what i can to be as safe as possible on the roads. i am currently half way thru training for my advanced test, and have also done skid pan training at the police driver training centre at crofton.

i think sfaespeed has a very sensible attitude towards roadsafetly, unlike other "road safety" campaign groups, who seem to think that the only way the roads will become safer is if we all travell at 5mph with a guy in fron t of us ringing a bell. my, how far we have advanced!

keep up the good work, and i hope to do what i can to help

Hi Nate, welcome to a very friendly community (mostly friendly), I hope you enjoyed the skid pan, I wrote off a sierra 4x4 on one. Doh! :steering:
