Now, what he did was pretty dumb (especially the bit about filming it!)

But I doubt if the child was exposed to any more smoke than she would have been after spending, say, an afternoon at home with a smoking parent!

Is the next case going to be that of a Mother being sent away for holding a baby in one arm and a ciggy in the other?? (something that I have seen from time to time)
