If your NIP arrives late blame the Post Office and a new speed limit of 56mph for post office lorries!!!!

How ironic if speeding fines were delayed because of a speed restriction!!!

Erm.. NEW limit? ALL lorries over 7.5T have ALWAYS been on limiter. PO trucks USED to be tacho exempt, which may or may not have changed...

Limiters were introduced for HGVs between 1994 and 1996.

Go a bit further back and they were exempt a lot more .
However it's nice to see that you can get phone service from the PO-how novel :roll:
