A question.
If you join a main road, and it has a fixed camera on it, shouldn't the exit from the side road have a camera warning sign, just as it would have a speed limit lolipop if the side road was a different speed?
If it didn't have such a warning, and the driver received a NIP because he was unaware of the camera, should he protest, or just pay up?
A while back I encountered a junction where the lollipops were staggered - ie not on opposite sides of the road, but several yards apart. The limit sign is easily missed if a vehicle is passing the other way, as your attention is given to safely passing it in a narrow stretch.
Any thoughts?
