Sickening; personally I thought the video was pretty unequivocal in it's display of his misconduct. However, ROE can never obviate an individual's 'human right' to self defence, if they feel there is a threat to human life, theirs or someone else's. This is not subject to the 'reasonable man' test, purely whether the individual in question truly believed it.
