Is this the worst job in Norfolk?

Could this be the toughest and most unwanted job in Norfolk?
Police chiefs have been forced to re-advertise the post of Safety Camera Partnership Manager after no suitable candidates came forward the first time.
The post, which has been vacant for nine months, carries a tempting salary of £33,000 to £35,000, but applicants have to fill a tough set of criteria and be prepared to be in the firing line from the public.
Barry Parnell, the previous manager, resigned from the post in July last year, citing personal reasons for his decision.
There was speculation at the time that he left because of a probe into the locations of speed cameras in Norfolk.
But this was denied and the audit vindicated the siting of cameras around the county's roads.
Before the audit's findings were released, the Conservative Party seized upon Mr Parnell's resignation at the launch of a campaign to get rid of "cash-guzzling" cameras.
Bryan Edwards, of the Safety Camera Partnership, said the pressure of being in such a position was one of the reasons why the post was a difficult one to fill.
And the job advertisement itself states that the successful candidate will need "experience of managing a diverse team who are operating under constant public scrutiny".
Mr Edwards said following Mr Parnell's departure, a manager had been seconded from police headquarters at Wymondham to fill the post while a new manager was sought. "The position was advertised but there were no suitable candidates, so it has been re-advertised and the closing date for that is Friday," he said.
"It's a unique job and it's a very stressful job. It's such a high-profile role in the public interest.
"Because it's such a complex job you need so many specialist skills to do it. You need to know criminal justice law, business finance and operational issues as well as knowing about safety partnerships, so you can't just pick someone off the street."
See
Hmmmm, I'm (almost) lost for words.
>"so you can't just pick someone off the street." ?!
Why not ? it works fine for the rest of the 'crew members'
