He misses one important point about why this is going to be worse for people.

Now that out of hours services are available, employers are going to expect employees to use them (maybe schools too?), so now the largest segment of the population (employed people) are going to be fighting for appointment slots on a Thursday evening and Saturday morning and excluded from any other slots.

In his diatribe against the privatisation of NHS services, Moonbat misses the most important fact of all... GPs' practices already are, indeed have been since the inception of the NHS, private companies. So, wrong again George.
