Digby Jones was on the radio this morning making the point that unless we correct our education system then China and India will soon overtake us in advanced technology.
Well, it was only a matter of time before that did happen, considering they both have such vast natural resources of raw materials and such huge population bases.
The only reason they haven't overtaken us yet is because the developed world is running out of developing countries to exploit to achieve "developed" status.
You're right though, there does seem to be some big faults with our education system.
