Safe Speed Forums

I've been having a few problems with notification emails from PayPal regarding new Safe Speed memberships. Everyone who joins as a member should get an email message like this one:

Thank you very much for recently joining the Safe Speed road safety campaign.
Funding has always been a serious issue for us and your support is greatly
appreciated.

The most important 'members facility' is 'The Clubhouse' members only forum.
If you are not already a forum user, please consider registering. To register
visit the following link:

Once you are registered for the forums, please advise us of your user name so
that we can enable your member's access. (This also applies to existing forum
users - we need your user name to enable member's access)

Allow me to assure you that we will continue to work tirelessly for proper
road safety policies. We have made a real difference, but obviously much more
needs to be done. Your valued contribution will help.

Some of the suggestions are remarkably trivial and require next to no effort,
(for example using our Google search boxes - but the few pennies earned soon
add up with hundreds of people using them.) It's also important to spread the
word and tell your friends about the Safe Speed campaign.

You are entitled to declare yourself as a 'Safe Speed member' when writing
letters to newspapers (or whatever). Doing so helps to promote the campaign.
