No. The software does not have that option.
I don't really think I'd want it if it did, although I appreciate that it is possible for a busy new poster to create 11 posts between visits from regulars. Those regulars would then lose the benefit of the L plate.
I've noticed some threads that suddenly become active after days or even weeks of inactivity. Thus a post made weeks ago as a learner could suddenly come back to bite, particularly if the person responding joined after the OP.
That said, I don't think that it's too much of an issue - just something to bring to your attention.
