Seriously injured can be influenced by the decisions of the police/ambulance crews at the accident site. Hmmm, and methinks 'therein lies the rub'. Until some means is found to record near misses and correlate same to KSi, then these stats don't do a lot to hearten me, I'm afraid. They're hardly a ...
