this type of accident happened to myself a few years ago, it involved a polish artic pulling out into the middle lane of the M1 while I was overtaking it. he was left hand drive and as I was in his blindspot in a small car (vauxhall corsa) he clipped my rear N/s corner causing my car to spin sideway...
