:gatso2: The latest from David Edgar http://www.notsoaccurate.com/Page%2020.htm It would appear that our legal rights really don't matter when being accused of speeding. David successfully uses the Human Rights Act & Data Protection Act here to force disclosure of scamera 'evidence' arguing that...

Hi Peter, Yep, I'm aware there are moves afoot to stop smoking in public places! Hoewever, the Exchequer rakes in £10 billion per annum from tobacco excise duty. :gatso2: But Saira Khan, from the Wiltshire Safety Camera Partnership, said More than 200 people had died or were seriously injured on the M4 in the past year , and defended the use of the cameras. 'If those 240 people had been wiped out in one day, there would have been an outcry ,' Khan said. Acco...

:gatso2: Ok, I know it's the Mail on Sunday, whose politics are somewhat slightly to the right of Atilla the Hun, but we are mentioned there on page 22. Coincidentally, the article also mentions Tony Bliar (Misspelled intentionally!) being driven at 75mph in a 40 zone on his way to RAF Northolt on t...
