Hiya My partner has just completed his ban for speeding which when he went to court on the 1st march 2008 was for 28 days. Now as of tomorow (the 29th), is he allowed to drive again as he is no longer banned having fulfilled a 28day period, or does he have to wait until he gets his license back? cau...
