I have to agree with Thatsnews in that not only did the cop assault the youth first, but then attacked him instead of just arresting him, and then held him down and deliberately bled on him.
The Police need to be above reproach they are NOT above the law. |

| There are several flaws in his reasoning. The stills do not prove the beam missed the car. It could instead mean the video crosshairs weren't aligned – which is of course not a sign of a competent operator. There is nowt much more annoying than waiting to cross a road, whilst on foot, when the car you are waiting for, turns left twenty feet before he gets to you without indicating!!
