Looking at the picture I found here the left-hand window seems to have a "windscreen wiper", and I can just make out what appears to be a camera lens. Could it be a CCTV camera monitoring the gatso?

Recently registered on this forum, but I have been a long-time lurker. It always struck me that Paul was the "still, small voice" of common sense trying to reason with the closed minds of the establishment. Not much else I can say, except to offer my condolences to Paul's partner and family
