Hi, I got pulled over by the police this morning for reckless driving by doing 40 in a 60 zone in the outside lane. However, this is not quite what happened. There are temporary 40mph roadsigns on the middle carriageway of the motorway for about 1/2 mile before the roadworks. No-one actually drives ...
