| As you enter the freeport you are on Mersey Docks and Harbour Company land and there is a sign (appears to have been freshened up lately) that advises that the limit is 25mph and thereafter quotes the appropriate bylaw. | There appears to have been a lot of new signage installed on some of my regular routes around Lancashire and Merseyside in the last couple of weeks; anyone else noticed the same?
