I've seen more of these cameras (near Heathrow) and they don't come in pairs. Plus the fact they are not bright yellow means they probably won't be used as speed cameras.
How come we've not heard more about these cameras on the news? Thought they would report this! |

| I've noticed these cameras too. They're white and seem to be capable of monitoring all lanes of traffic. I've not seen them in pairs (perhaps the second set still needs to be erected) so they can't be a new type of the SPECS system - but it seems they could easily be adapted to speed monitoring.
