| Mind you I suppose on todays rates a speed bump costs £1000's to build, planning, time, labour costs, maintenance, white lining, upkeep and guns are cheaper, one off purchase around £1500, I believe, unless anyone knows better. Where do YOU live, where they upkeep humps? Ours are just left with fad... |
