isn't having to declare SORN not the same as having to prove you are Innocent, something that goes against the grain of English Law?
it's just the same as having to prove you are who you say you are, again Contrary to established Law |

| I have just heard from the CPS that they are dropping my speeding case (I was wearing a disguise at the time), and as the speeding pic was from a forward facing camera they said it was "obviously" not me driving they also stated they had insufficient evidence to prove it was me oh Happy Da... |
