I got 5 points and a £240 fine !

Hi, I was prosecuted for doing 99mph going northbound on the A449 in Wales by a mobile speed camera. The road was empty and the visibility was good. I thought that by law, the cameravan had to be visible to the driver. This one was not visible. And had it have been visible, I would have driven at 68...
