Thank you. I want to complain because the new camera is mounted so high you can't see it from a normal driving view. I only noticed it was there because of the white markings on the road. It's a lot more compact than a traditional gatso and also smaller than a front facing one too, although it's not...

I'd like to write a letter of complaint about a new speed camera but don't know who to address it to. Do I write to the local police or local council or someone else?

It's on Coombe Road in Croydon about 100 meters from the junction with Park Hill Road and is facing west.
