| I can honestly say I spent more time looking at my speedometer than anywhere else. Bad driver then aren't you? If you can't maintain your speed without breaking the speed limit whilst being aware of what's going on around you how did you pass your test? Perhaps you should slow down if you find it h... |

Eh Basinwerk I don't recall ever saying I was intending to deliberately speed whilst driving abroad, I was merely pointing out that until now you could only get spot fines as opposed to endorsments if caught breaking the Law.  |

Cheers EM that appears to be the one and there was me thinking I could drive relatively freely on my tour of Europe this summer without constantly having to worry about points on my licence.  |

I,ve been hearing rumours that the EEC has teamed up with DVLA to prosecute speeding British motorists by endorsing our Licences.
Has anyone any info on this?  |
