| What happens if a NIP is sent to a company and the company secretary refuses to name the driver. Does the company get fined or does the secratary get 3 points. Overall what happens here?? |

| I'm due in court but my UK licence is with another country's authority as I'm moving to Ireland and echanging it for an Irish one. Question: Can it be endorsed by the court even though they do not have the physical licence? That is, do they contact the DVLC and instruct them to aply the points? |

| Is it true that the warden has to physically put the ticket on your window? I drove off one day before he did this and the NTO arrived in the post. |
