| I do have an insurance on my name and MOT and Road TAX, the only thing I dont have is a full driving license. Anyway, I will be sending off the letter noting that I was driving the car and putting my provional license number on there and just see what happens next.. They didnt say how much Im suppos... |

| I do have a provisional license also got my theory passed, Im not some kid who just went out driving recklessly on the road, I've done over 40 lessons past summer and drove on 3 different cars since then for a long period of time, I just never got around to taking the practical test which I should h... |

| I just got a notice of intended prosecution today that tells me to fill part 1 and 3 and send it back but part 1 requires that I put in my license number but I have no driver lincense (expect provisional one), am I screwed? Whats the worst that can happen? Thanks in advance, sorry if I posted it in ... |
