| As per original post there is now an identical set-up on the opposite side of the A40(heading into london) just before Hanger lane. these however are forward facing scanning the front number plates. |

| I have a question please for all the site users who are familiar with the A40 westbound out of London. You are all hopefully aware of the Gatso speed camera immediately on the left as you come out of the Hanger lane underpass. I have not used that stretch of the A40 for a while, but yesterday notice... |

| Thanks Paul. I was unaware that a dual carriageway had to have a physical seperation. I bet a whole lot of people reading this are not too sure about this sort of set-up either, friends I have asked did'nt know.Great site for info. |

| Have looked in the highway code and cannot find the answer to this question so can someone on here please help. there are quite a few 3 lane NSL roads in bucks ( as I am sure there are everywhere else) which consist of a dual carriageway and a single lane with unbroken white line seperating the two.... |

| Talking about pot-holes, this is probably not the right forum for this, but a name and shame website should be started up for this problem as it seems that most councils seem to think we don't mind banging and crashing around( and damaging our cars in the process) on these excuses for roads. | Ace Riley from Manchester, if you want to see really crazy driving by police down residential roads (often just to get back for breakfast) you should live in Uxbridge, middx.Even when they are not responding to emergencies they mostly all break the speed limit. |
